Hello, We are looking for one more roommate to fill the 3rd room in our house. Located in old town north Fort Collins. Available starting Aug 1st 2026, earlier move in can be discussed as room is currently empty. About the place House is 4 bed 3 bath in a nice neighborhood Room has private bathroom and walk-in closet. Shared kitchen, living room, garage and basement storage space. Small outdoor yard space Close to/ walking distance to old town fort collins and local breweries/ restaurants. Easy access to bike paths and poudre river. About the roommates We are both in our 30s, male and working professionals. We like mountain biking, skiing, motorcycles, camping, paddle boarding and general outdoor things. Neither of us party but we enjoy hanging out with friends. We keep a clean and respectful household and looking for someone who will also. There is one medium sized dog so probably no more pets. Rent is $2300m0 plus utilities which is split between everyone. Reach out if you’re interested with a little bit about yourself like what your hobbies and work are.
