My budget is up to $1,100/month, preferably including utilities. I’m looking for a safe, clean place close to Villanova’s campus or near a train station. I’m open to Villanova, Bryn Mawr, Radnor, Haverford, Ardmore, or Wayne. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ll be focused on school and soccer, so I’m looking for a calm and positive living environment.
