Looking for a 1 female subleaser for a double room for rent in Isla Vista for Fall 2026. Open to leasing during the summer as well if you would like!!
The room will include a bed frame, mattress, and desk and chair. The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with large closets and a sunny back deck. There is a laundry room, 2 refrigerators, large kitchen and living room. Rent is around 1287 but I’m willing to negotiate prices! Please reach out if interested or have any questions!!
