Hello! My name is Mickey, 26f student and I'm looking for someone to rent a room in September. The lease is ending in December, if things work well we can discuss resigning! Will send photos of the room if requested, there is furniture in there from the current resident. Located in Lake Brandt Apartments at the back end of the complex, it's quiet and has a lovely view of the forest from the balcony. Second story, one flight of stairs. Apartment is 1,108 sq ft, wood-stained linoleum in common areas and bathrooms, shag carpet in bedrooms. Lovely and functional wood-burning fireplace! The back bedroom is about to be available! It includes an en suite bathroom that has a bathtub in addition to the shower, and there is a built-in medicine cabinet. Base rent is $1,383, so for each of us it will be $691.50. Splitting the bills 50/50, Renters insurance is $9.50/month/person, pest control is $1.50/month/person, trash is $4.50/month/person, water varies but is around $15-$25/month/person. Pets are allowed!
