Need a quiet retreat

I work in Oceanside and need a place ASAP. I am a 42y0 professional Occupational Therapy Assistant, single mom w split custody of 12y0, and have a crate-trained Pomeranian ESA. I treat my home like my sanctuary--I go out a few times a month but never bring the party back with me.At home, I love to crochet, read, play cozy video games, and watch anime.
