ISO furnished room to rent

40f, looking for a small room to rent close to DC area. I am active duty military, and just need a basic room to sleep and bathe during the week while I am up in the area for work. I will be traveling home to my family every weekend, holiday and other times I take leave. I won't even need full access to kitchen, common spaces, yard etc. This will be for less than a year, as I will be retiring next summer. I'm a neat/tidy person, I dont smoke or drink. I will not have visitors, pets or even a lot of stuff. Just need a safe, affordable place to sleep 3-5 times a week - sometimes less depending on leave I take or if I will be on travel orders [REDACTED]to receive on this app.
