Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to split rent with for a 2b/2b condo at One Montreal Place. It’s $800 a month per person, WiFi is $15 per month and utilities are $30-40 per month. It’s 11 minutes away from UH and a 7 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center. Minimum lease of 1 year.
