Hello, I am looking for a long or short term room to rent. I have income from a property I own in Delray Beach, Florida. I am looking for something as soon as possible. I teach ballroom and latin dancing, am single, non-smoker, and have no pets. My credit is good, I have references, and get along with most people. I will most likely not be in the home very much because I will be out networking and teaching. Please reach out if you have a room. Thanks!
