Looking to move asap

I am looking to move into a place asap. Looking for a female roommate preferably or a gay male. I am okay with any religion or any sexual orientation. If rent is higher than what I’ve posted that’s okay too just as long as it isn’t too much higher. I’m real chatty so I hope we can get along. I intend to move out of country next year so this would be temporary arrangement.
