Link for the apartment: Hi, I'm Marcus, 20, coming over from England to study Geography at the University of Calgary as a 3rd-year exchange student. I'm sorting a place for the year and looking for one guy to share a 2-bed / 2-bath flat with me at Aria Student Residences in the University District — approx $1,300 CAD each per month. Details: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - get your own space and your own bathroom
Aria, University District - walkable to campus, and surrounded by shops, cafés and bars
Move in late August / early September 2026, through to at least August 2027
About me: I'm an outgoing and fairly tidy. Big into sports: football, skiing, padel and running, both playing and watching. I love a night out, DJing, or just heading out for a drink, but I'm equally happy in nature: walking, mountain biking, and making the most of the Rockies. I genuinely enjoy cooking, and I'm keen to travel around Canada while I'm here. Who I'm after: A male student, roughly 19–24
Someone sociable and easy to live with - happy to hang out and share the odd meal, but equally respectful of each other's space
No strict lifestyle requirements: I don't mind smoking (outside or by an open window if possible) and I'm totally fine living with pets
