Private room for rent with a family

You will have a private room, share a bathroom, park in front of our house, ability to do laundry here, ability to cook here, Swimming Pool access, use of your own private refrigerator that we own that is a full size frig with freezer on top in the garage, you may smoke in the backyard, and we include all Utilities and WiFi. You will be living with a 50 yr old Navy Veteran wife, Cement Mason full time working husband, grocery store working 26 yr old male our son, and our 6 yr old daughter. My husband goes to sleep early and wakes up early for work. My son stays up late but keeps it quiet and works late usually. My daughter who is 6 is on summer break until mid August, and then it is 1st grade for her. I try to cook and clean for everyone here as much as I can anyway. I am looking for a roommate that will be comfortable with my family. We eat a variety of foods.
My starting rent rate is $875 including Utilities and wifi for a working professional. It is generally quiet here.
