Looking for someone to rent a room in my home! It’s a charming colonial in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is a comfortable size with a good-sized closet. For size refrence, it easily fitting a queen-size bed and dressers. The home has 3 bedrooms (but only 1 room available for rent at the moment) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath downstairs, full bath upstairs), a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a recently finished basement with laundry, a second living room, and a game room complete with a pool table. My favorite feature is the cozy three-season porch. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. It’d be great to be friendly with my roommate, but I also respect personal space and everyone’s own routine. If that sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
