A WFH clothing designer seeking a roommate to occupy the master bedroom at my place for a minimum of one year. My place is in close proximity to the Apollo Theater, Harlem’s bustling restaurant row and three different parks with easy access to multiple train and bus lines (AC/BD, 1/2/3, M60, M3, M10, M100, M101, M125). Easy commute to Midtown, LaGuardia Airport, Columbia University and City College. The perks: full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit laundry, your own bathroom and two closets, gym, lounge room, courtyard, rooftop, an additional basement laundromat and a doorman. Please keep in mind that I don’t have a 9-5 schedule and will likely be up late working in the common area on my sewing machine. If you’re a light sleeper, this will not be an ideal arrangement for you. No application fee, but a questionnaire will be required to fill out before a potential viewing of the space.
