Come and join our pet friendly, boho oasis! Looking for a female roommate to fill a bedroom in a 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome in Palomar Place Vista, CA. The available bedroom has two windows, spacious closet, and shared bath. $1,400 per month including utilities. Deposit is $700, turn in the day you move in. Minimum of 3 months and after month to month. The townhome has an in-unit washer/dryer, lovely patio garden, street parking (parking pass to park in the community when space is open or you rotate with the roomie, Kimberlie, for the garage parking) and access to the community pool + hot tub. Meet the Roomies: Diane Mae - a Marine, who loves to cook/meal prep, DIY gal, a garden/plant momma, enjoys working out/taking Duke (her doggo) for a run, and drinks matcha or eats ice cream. Kimberlie - she is a house manager and loves to chill with Zoey (her doggo), read books, an old school soul, zodiac signs, listens to house music, and from time to time drinks coffee or tea. Townhome is close to:
Sprouts/Albertsons, BetterBuzz/Dutch Brothers/Starbucks, Local Farmer’s/ Produce Market, Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, Chase/Bank of America, and must try restaurants. We would love to give you a tour of our place and looking forward to meeting you to see if you are a good fit.
