Use of the laundry room is included as well (I have a large washer and dryer) Rent includes utilities, including WiFi, and the home has SimpliSafe home security. Street parking is available (there is always parking available on this street). There is a yard and deck in the back, accessible from the main floor or the basement. I have a large dog (80lbs) who loves people but is old (9yrs) and picky about new pet friends therefore, no pets other than my dog are allowed in the home. The move in fee is refundable at move out time, like any standard security deposit. The home is tobacco free but 4/20 friendly
