We looking for clean, quite tenant, who respect the rules, we suggest 2 rooms( on a pic the smallest one), and big backyard where we’re having a barbecue, someone do yoga, and many other activities. Also apart very close to Manhattan, 20 min on N train. Room fully furnished! Apartment has own laundry, fully available kitchen. We also have another room for $1550 with big closet and personal bathroom (+$250) if you needed. Both of the rooms will available in August! First and last month definitely! Utilities included.
