Looking for a responsible adult to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Rent is $1,256/month per person total rent is 2512, and utilities will be split evenly. The apartment has central AC and in-unit washer and dryer. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I have furniture and what not so all you would need is your stuff for the bedroom! A few details:
2 bed / 2 bath.
Central AC.
In-unit washer and dryer.
Utilities split.
Internet is included in the rent price Responsible adult preferred.
Move in would be September/October My previous roommate already has a garage pass so you could take over the garage spot. You will have to pass a credit check and apply with the leasing office. A little bit about me: I'm a pretty easy going guy! I'm really shy and quiet at first but will open up eventually! I love to play video games so I usually am spending my time doing that.
