Room for rent. Early July

Hi there! I have one unfurnished room available in my quiet North Napa home starting early July. Rent is a flat $1,150/month, which fully covers all utilities.
The room is 14' x 8' and can comfortably fit up to a queen bed, a small desk, and a dresser, but there is closet space. You will share a bathroom with one other tenant and have full access to the kitchen and onsite laundry. There is plenty of street parking available, usually right in front of the house. Please note that garage storage is not included. (Also, the room is currently occupied, so it will be completely empty when you move in!) I am looking for a mature, quiet, clean and respectful professional for a minimum 1-year stay. To keep the living environment comfortable for everyone, this is a single-occupancy room (no couples), with no pets allowed. Applicants must be strict non-smokers (in general, not just inside the house). If interested, please send me a message to chat!
