Hello! My name is Gaby and I am currently looking to rent a room in my home located in Fridley, MN. The room would be available after August 10th. I am specifically looking for a female roommate as the home is currently occupied by all females. There are two of us living here. The room includes access to shared spaces such as the living room, bathroom and kitchen. All utilities included in rent. I typically work from home and I try to keep the house as clean and organized as possible. The house is pet-free and smoke-free. I have a security camera in the entrance and plan to install more outside for safety. I would require a small deposit for the room and the rental term would be month-to-month.
