I’m looking for a private room for 4–6 months on the Upper East Side (UES). I’m also open to Lenox Hill, Yorkville, Midtown East, Sutton Place, and Roosevelt Island.
* Budget: $1,200–$1,300/month
* I work full-time in Manhattan.
* I’m a quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoking professional with a stable income.
* Looking to move in as soon as possible.
