Looking for someone to take over my room + private bathroom and remainder of my lease in a massive 4-bedroom loft apartment in Clinton Hill! I’m breaking my lease 2 months early to move in with my partner, so my roommates and I want to find someone who is interested in moving in July 15 and can sign on with the other roommates when they renew Oct 1. So we’re only looking for long term commitment from someone who will love this place as much as we do. About the Room: Large private room that easily fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, and more. Tall window lets in amazing light and a big plus is an enormous closet that goes all the way up to the 13 foot ceiling. Includes full private bathroom with bathtub + built in vanity. I’ve worked in my room remotely and very comfortably for all of my 2 years living here. There may be some optional pieces of furniture that can be left behind if interested. About the Apartment: Spacious loft layout on the ground floor with brick walls, hardwood floors and 13 foot high ceilings. Plenty of space including a full kitchen, full dining table, and giant living room — great for hanging out or hosting low-key nights. Everything in the communal area is already furnished with a full dining table, fully stocked kitchen, TV, comfy chairs. You can also take over my spot on our built-in bike wall mount. The building has an elevator and laundry on the top floor. There is also a parking lot for an additional monthly fee, and pets are allowed, but will need to check in with one roommate who has some allergies. This room is $2,250/month + $100 or so in utilities (electric and internet). Moving in will require one month deposit and first month’s rent upfront. The apartment is available for move in July 15. Interested parties would need to be ready to submit a $20 application to be approved by the building prior to August 1.
