$1400 Hollywood Home

I am looking to sublease my room ($1400) until November 1st or possibly longer. It is a furnished room, although I can get rid of the bed if you have one already. There is one other roommate, also in our 20's. She works full time and when she's home she's very chill, clean, and often goes out on the weekends. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer and has all appliances recently renovated. It's a beautiful spot and you have the view of griffith observatory and the hollywood sign from every window. Shared bathroom with the other roommate and parking is included. The spot is really nice and I will miss it but I am moving so I can be closer to my new job.
