Hello! I have space for an additional housemate at my beautiful, peaceful, quiet home in the Sacramento area. The room is open on a short-term (3m0 - 6m0) basis, or, for the right fit, could remain open on a longer-term (1 yr+) basis. A bit about me, I’m a work from home lawyer with two well trained dogs (5 and 3). It is mostly quiet at home and I am usually either working, cooking, or playing outside in the backyard. The home is 2 levels with a theater-ish setup in the living room, large kitchen, and big backyard with a super enticing pool and hot tub (both functional). There’s a garden and gym space in the garage. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. It is a quiet family-based neighborhood.
