The apartment is a 4 bed / 1.5 bath duplex on the Williamsburg-Greenpoint border, just a one-minute walk from McCarren Park.

* Room splits are flexible based on room size
* Expect to pay roughly $1,800–$2,300/month depending on the room
Apartment features:
* Two floors
* Two separate living rooms
* Large private backyard patio

* Electricity Bill is separate (ConEd)
* Plenty of common space for hanging out or hosting friends
Available rooms:
* 2 downstairs bedrooms (limited/no natural light)
* 1 upstairs bedroom
While the downstairs rooms don't get sunlight, that floor has its own living room and direct access to the washer/dryer, making it feel like a separate living space.

One of the biggest perks of the apartment is the location. Being able to walk a couple hundred feet and be at the entrance to McCarren Park is hard to beat.
