Room for rent in Auburn

I’m looking for a roommate for a neighborhood home in North Auburn. It’s a three bedroom house that I recently purchased and moved in. The house was previously used as an Airbnb, so the bedrooms come fully furnished, meaning you can move in as is or bring your own furniture. You’ll have your choice between the two extra bedrooms. Whichever bedroom is left over can be used by both roommates as in office, studio or whatever else is agreed-upon. The room comes with its own bathroom across the hall that you will not have to share with anyone. I work Monday through Friday and sometimes on the weekends too so I’m looking for somebody who is clean, responsible and pays bills on time.
