Room for Rent in Manassas

I am renting out one of the rooms in my house. It is currently furnished, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. The bathroom would be a shared hallway bath. Looking for someone quiet, as the 2 people currently living in the house are mostly introverted. No pets as we currently have 4 cats and a dog already living here. Rent is $700.00, which includes utilities. There is a $300 security deposit. The room is available as of July 1. The house is a good size, featuring a deck, pool, and two different types of grills. Washer/Dryer available. There are a few raised garden beds. And plenty of on-street parking. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and dining. There are occasional get-togethers, game nights, or cookouts hosted. Now the kicker is that this place isn’t going to be for everyone. Anyone interested in the room will need to be Kink and LBGBTQ friendly or at least very openminded. About every 2 or 3 months, we do host kink parties here. You do not have to attend or take part in the parties, but you need to be aware of what you are getting yourself into.
