Hi all! I'm relocating to the La Jolla area for work and hoping to team up with someone to find a 2 bed / 2 bath place close by.
The basics:
🔹 Area: La Jolla / nearby, close to where I'll be working
🔹 Budget: ~$1,500–1,900/month each
🔹 Move-in: late July to early August
🔹 Layout: 2B/2B — so we'd each have our own bedroom + bathroom
About me: I'm a non-smoker who works from home a few days a week, so I'm around during the day but quiet and easy to share space with. I'm very neat and organized and like keeping shared areas tidy. Socially I'm pretty chill, and I like to host friends and the occasional get-together, but I'm always considerate of shared space and keep things low-drama.
