I need a roommate! Move in 9/1/26!

Hi loves! Looking for a roommate to takeover my roommate's lease $352.08 Application + Admin fee.
Private bedroom + bathroom + walk in closet + balcony in a luxury 2bed/ 2bath apartment (includes parking) in Mission Viejo. Approximately $1700 per month including utilities. (I can give you a better breakdown if interested.
Lease for 12 months with option to renew.
Resort like amenities including 2 pools, gym + movement studio, gated garage parking with reserved spots, laundry in unit. Living room and kitchen is mostly furnished.
A few things about myself:
I am a working professional, I spend most of my day at work during weekdays and I work some Saturday mornings. I have a small 14 year old cat who keeps to herself. I use the living room and kitchen pretty frequently and would love to have a roommate who'd like to have fun and cook with me and watch movies! Ideally, I would like to treat one another like friends. I do love to smoke hookah while watching tv. I am clean and responsible, and I'm looking for someone similar.
