Hi! The home is a 4 BR / 2.5 Ba and you would be filling the master! This means more space and your own private bathroom. The home is located just off the i-15 and only a -to-ten-minute commute to Qualcomm center. Ease of access to different varying commutes as well as convenient food and entertainment areas. This is all coupled by the face we're located in a nice, safe neighborhood with an HoA (fees cared for by Landlord). Utilities (electricity, water, wifi) are split evenly between the tenants with an estimated cost of around $75 per month normally or ~$130 when the water bill is due as well. All of us are guys in our mid 20s! 2 of the roomies are working professionals gone most of the day! I'm currently a student and am primarily occupied during the day as well as work nights!
