Looking for a private room/bath

I am looking to move in within the next month to a month and a half, ideally by the 16th of next month. I do not have any children or pets. I am 30 years old. I work during the night and tend to be quite private, so you likely would not see much of me. My paycheck is received at the end of the month, and I hope this payment schedule would be acceptable if we were to proceed with a rental agreement
