Hi, I’m a 19-year-old UCC student looking for a room in Cork with a budget of up to €700 per month. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, rarely party, and spend most of my time studying, working, exercising, or with friends and family. I have my own car, so distance from UCC isn’t a major issue, but parking is essential. I’m open to locations throughout Cork as long as parking is available. I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable home and would ideally like a long-term arrangement. References can be provided if required. Feel free to get in touch if you have a suitable room available.
