I’m Cody! I’m looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my 2/2 apartment in Westshore. You can move in as long as you’re approved by the leasing office. About the place
• Total monthly expenses are $1,200/each (includes rent, utilities, internet, etc).
• Furnished apartment (except the bedroom)
• In unit washer and dryer
• Westshore location near the airport and highways (I-275 & I-4) and walking distance to EōS Fitness and tons of nearby restaurants and shops About me
I work weekdays. I’m usually out when I’m not working. I’m gay but it's not my personality. I like kava bars, shooting ranges, parks/theme parks, etc. Laid back, funny as hell, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I have a 9 year old boxer named Lennox (barely barks, but loves everyone), so being dog friendly is a must. Looking for someone reliable, clean, and easy to live with.
