All utilities included gas, electric heat, water Wi-Fi. Parking available in driveway. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. Shared kitchen and bathroom with myself. Central Ac and heating. Backyard a place to sit and relax. This is in a safe quite neighborhood. I do short term and long term stays.I am looking for someone that works during the day outside of the home as I work from home. I am looking for a working professional that is responsible and reliable. This is not a party house I don’t drink or smoke. It is very quiet here respectful clean home.
