Seeking Female Roommate - JULY 1!!

Hi! I'm Hannah, 26F, a student at USC. My roommate of 3 years is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over her spot in our 2bd/2ba (lease takeover, July 1). The apartment:
* $1,750/month, utilities included
* Tandem parking spot
* In-unit washer/dryer + dishwasher
* Nice gym in the building
* Genuinely responsive, proactive building management (rare in LA, I know)
* Located right where Silverlake meets Echo Park/Westlake — close to Echo Park Lake and Los Feliz living room will be mostly unfurnished when my roommate moves out (TV, bookshelves, and wall art stay), so if you have furniture you'd like to bring, there's plenty of room for it. Pets: The building is fully pet-friendly, but I have a severe cat allergy, so unfortunately no cats. A small dog (under ~25 lbs) could potentially work — I'd just want to meet them first. Heads up for anyone with dog allergies: a dog has lived in the unit, and the building has lots of pets overall. About me / what I'm looking for: I'm friendly and easy to talk to, but I also respect privacy and alone time — my last roommate and I started as strangers and became close friends over the years. I'm out of the apartment a lot, I keep common areas clean, and I'm not a big drinker or partier (the occasional glass of wine, usually elsewhere). I cook sometimes and always share. My boyfriend visits occasionally but has his own place. Gonna be up front!! I am an ADHD girlie doing my best! I keep shared spaces clean and I'm respectful of common areas, but I'm a "tidy enough" person rather than a spotless one. If a dish in the sink overnight would genuinely bother you, we're probably not a match — and that's okay! I'd rather we both be honest about this upfront. I'm looking for someone with a relaxed-but-respectful approach to shared space.
