Hi, my name is Vanessa and me, my boyfriend, and roommate are looking for another roommate. The room is in Huntington Beach. The monthly rent is $1300 including utilities and the room is available by the end of July. We have a three bedroom condo, the room available will have a bathroom that is shared with 1 roommate (m). We have 3 small dogs all potty trained. We are 5 min from the beach, super close to grocery stores, have a gated community with access to pool and hot tub. Parking is easy to find and there is also a small dog park for any dog parents out there. Our neighbors are very nice and we have a grill on the patio we all share. There is storage space available. We do not have photos up yet as we are still moving around furniture but please message me if you are interested in taking a look at it.
