I currently live alone in a 3600 sq. ft. custom built house and am looking a roommate.
I am 66 years old and just about to retire and need some extra income to help with the bills. There are three non-occupied bedrooms upstairs and I am renting out only ONE of them. (the largest one)
Your room is fully furnished, with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, couch, and chair.
You will have your own private, full bath.
Your room is upstairs and I don't even go upstairs:)
Your new home is located 3 miles from 540 in Raleigh near the intersection of Candlehurst Rd. and Old Millburnie rd.
East of Raleigh, South of Knightdale, and North of Wake Forest with easy access to all three!
The house has a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
A small, dog is welcome with a non-refundable $120.00 pet deposit (as long as you clean up after them:)
The first months rent of $850 and a $400.00 deposit (refundable) is payable when you move in.
Minimum 6 month lease with proof of stable income required.
No smoking in the home!
Common areas especially the kitchen must be kept clean.
I will do my part but I expect you to clean up after yourself.
Rent is payable on the first of each month with a late fee of $200 if payment is after the fifth of the month.
There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 for 1 small dog if you have one.
No cats (sorry)
