Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for a room in Troy, Michigan (or nearby areas) with a start date of June 12th till Sept 5th for approximately 3 months.
About Me: I'm Harshvardhan, a 23-year-old engineering intern at Magna International for the summer. I'm coming from out of state and looking for a safe, clean place to stay during my internship. I'm a responsible, respectful tenant who keeps to himself, maintains cleanliness, and always pays rent on time.
What I'm Looking For:
Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished - flexible)
Safe and clean space - this is my top priority
Shared bathroom/kitchen is perfectly fine
Budget: Around $800/month
Utilities: Prefer utilities included, but open to splitting
My Schedule: I'll be working full-time 9-5 on weekdays, so I'll mostly be home in the evenings and weekends. I don't party, don't smoke, and am generally quiet and low-maintenance.
Why Short-Term? This is a 3-month internship, so I need housing that aligns with those dates. I'm not looking to break a lease early or cause any complications for landlords.
