I am renting a furnished room in my cute 1950 home in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Ventura. With tons of parking. Never fight for a spot. Room is large with a walk in closet and big windows. Fully furnished with Queen size brand new bed and smart TV. The bathroom is shared with one other person (me). Lots of storage in the room. Drawers under bed. Rent is $1225/ month with utilities and internet. Lease is month-to-month. Full house, kitchen and living spaces privileges. Pretty front yard with patio and fenced back yard with pool, tanning area, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor bbq area. I am a single, empty- nester woman with one senior cat. I live in the separate primary suite. I am quiet, respectful and considerate. Seeking the same, I’m a chef and the kitchen is fully stocked. Hoping to share my home of 28 years with a single, tidy, respectful, and responsible person. I am open to mid- term rent for a working professional or travel nurse.
