Looking for a roommate or couple

Hi everyone! My girlfriend (24F) and I (28M) are looking for either one roommate or a couple to share a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment in Quincy. Open to everyone! Rent would be no more than $1,300 per room. Not including utilities. At signing first month and security deposit is due (split). Some perks of the building are as follows: • Brand new gym • Pool • Outdoor areas to grill • Balcony • Plenty of storage Quincy Center Station is about 1 mile away. The apartment offers a shuttle for residents, or you can take bus 215 to Quincy Center. The apartment also offers free parking for residents. We are looking to move by the end of June or July.
