This room is located in a very nice neighborhood between Jog and Belvedere. Close to turnpike 1 min or less and i95 5 minutes away. Gated community with plenty of amenities, a gym, and a giant clubhouse. The room is very spacious. All utilities are included. I need someone who keeps to themselves, not loud or rowdy. No parties or guests are allowed. This is a quiet space for someone looking for a place to rest before work. Street parking is available. The room includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and laundry facilities. I'm sorry, but pets are not allowed in my home as I already have a couple of dogs. They are small and friendly, and we don't need any more animals. The room will be available either June 1st.
