Working Professional, July Move-In

Hi! My name is Avery, and I’m looking for a room to rent starting in July. I’m a working professional with stable income, and I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a peaceful and comfortable living environment and always do my part to keep shared spaces clean. In my free time, I enjoy gaming on my PC, spending time with friends, attending events, and riding my motorcycle. Because I game regularly, reliable high-speed internet is important to me. Fiber internet would be preferred, and I’d like the option to have an Ethernet connection to my PC. I’m willing to pay extra to upgrade the current internet service if needed, or even provide my own internet service if that’s an option. I also ride a motorcycle and would prefer a safe place to park it, such as a garage, driveway, or fenced backyard rather than street parking. I’m pet-friendly and don’t mind living with pets.
