Hi! My name is Chris, and I’m a 36-year-old construction worker currently working as a painter earning $27/hour. I’m looking for a place to rent by July 1st. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and tend to keep to myself most of the time. I work full-time, pay my bills on time, and live a pretty low-key lifestyle. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and treating other people’s property with respect. I also have a 3-year-old dog named Valkyrie. She’s fully potty trained, well-behaved, and very friendly with both people and other dogs. I groom her twice a month and stay on top of her care, so she’s clean and well maintained.
