One bedroom available (furnished or unfurnished) in a 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in Bird Rock La Jolla. The building is a bit dated, with older bathroom and kitchen, and unfortunately carpet in the living space. However; it’s a great space and a phenomenal location! It has a pleasant front and back patio, and lots of green space. My schedule has me in and out all day long, and also has me working from home a bit. That is just to say, the space is not ideal for someone looking for a home office as well - I generally have music on when I’m home working during the day or catching up on cleaning (which is always an ongoing project). The apartment is only two blocks from the ocean, and about half a mile north of Tourmaline. I am located within walking distance of CVS, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. There is no guaranteed parking, but I have never had to park far away in 10 years. I am a 44 year-old female who loves to travel, enjoys live music and spending time with amazing friends. Most of my former tenants have become some of my best friends; I am sociable and accommodating, but am happy to respect your privacy as well. Cheers!
