Cool, Clean & Comfortable in Clovis

I have a room for rent in my home. It’s fully furnished with a full-size bed, two side,tables, dresser, TV and two closets. The rent includes internet and utilities. We try to keep the temperature cool at all times because we don’t like to get hot! so if you get cold easy, this isn’t the right place for you. I insist on everything being clean and tidy all the times. If you want a mess take it to your room.can keep your room the way you want. It’s none of my business as long as there’s no funky noises or smell coming from it. You have free will throughout the house except for the other bedrooms of course the other roommate is a girl and you will be sharing the main bathroom with her. My friends come over a lot to hangout. We like to have cocktails, BBQ, watch movies, and work in the garden. The key to everyone getting along is respect. It’s a great place to live if you’re mature and can follow the rules we’ll have a great time.
