Looking for new roommate by july

Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from July-December (6 months) due to a sudden life change! Move-in timing is flexible depending on approval! If you love the area and apartment afterwards, the option to renew is yours!!! The apartment complex is in Arden, NC near the airport and super close to Asheville!! About a 15-20 minute drive! The complex is called The Audubon Place located on Audubon Hill Way. This is a 2 bed/2 bath and we pay around $ and with WiFi & electricity it's around $950-970 month!! The Room: • Private bedroom • Private bathroom with storage closet and spacious tub with lots of counter space • Huge walk-in closet • Large windows with beautiful natural light and direct view of the mountains The Apartment: • Cozy carpeted unit • In-unit washer & dryer • Spacious shared living areas • Patio with a beautiful view Roommate Info: You would be living with a 23-year-old girl who just graduated and very sweet. She has no pets but is okay with it! 4/20 friendly as well! We're hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, reliable, and overall easygoing to match the vibe of the home.
