Roomie needed starting july!!!

Hiii Lo! I’m 26 and i moved to clt in December! I’m currently looking for a new roomie to take over the remainder of the lease for my current roomie (the lease isn’t up until march next year). I live in a new 2bed/2bath updated apt in the mallard creek area (about 15 from uptown) in a very safe + clean complex with all the must need amenities! We currently pay between 930-950 total each month for rent + fees (that covers everything other than power which is typically about 30-40 per month and wifi which we can easily choose and split) I’m super easygoing and chill but also love to have fun n go out with the girls! I’m definitely an extrovert but i’m also a taurus so i love my alone time too lol. The apt is still definitely in the works it’s not quite furnished and set up but that means we can do our own little remodel haha. Lmk if you’re interested and I will request the paperwork and get all the details that you would need to make your decision! We are about to pay for the month of June so July 1st (possibly even the week before tbd) is when you would be able to move in my ig is balencibabyy_ so pls message me there if you’re interested or if you wanna vet me and personality out haha- super excited to find a new roomie!!
