Private Room, Great Location!

I am looking for a tenant to rent a bedroom in my fully furnished house for $750/month-all utilities are included (electricity, water, WiFi internet, trash, laundry is on at no extra cost, common area maintenance, 2x monthly professional common area cleaning, etc). The bedroom is available at the beginning of the month. Closeby to lots of major employers including Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, Amazon and lots more. MCTS Route 15 bus stop is about a 3-4 minute walk from house. Shopping, Dining, Entertainment, Parks, and the lake shore all very close by. You will have access to the entire house including living room/work area, kitchen (with everything needed to cook), laundry room with washer and dryer, and patio. The bedroom is secure and private to you only and is the only thing that will not be furnished. This way you can furnish it just how you would like.
Must also be very neat and tidy. We are not a party environment. No smoking inside, no drugs, no pets. The lease is month to month however I do require a refundable security deposit of $750. Call or text to inquire. Thank you!
