Seeking room or 1 bed 1 bath home

I am looking for a room for my boyfriend, 24M. He is fully employed with stable income. He is quiet, clean, and does not smoke/ no drugs/ no drinking. Together we make about 4,000-4,500$ a month combined. Even if I do not move in with him, I still plan on helping him with rent. He has legal residency restrictions that limit where he can live, so I wanted to check the address or nearest intersection if possible and if you are open to applicants on the registry.
