No pet, no smoking, no children please Room: 12' x 16'. It faces east, has a large window and lets in lots of natural light. It also has a closet with a top shelf for storage. It is currently furnished but can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. LEASE TERMS: Month-to-month with signed lease and roommate agreement. My condo is QUIET after 9pm. I wake up at nearly 6am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night. Passive aggressive people. If there is a problem, we discuss it as mature adults. When finished in the kitchen, clean it. Same goes for the other areas.
