Looking for new roommate

Hi! I’m Charlie, a 24 year old looking for a roommate to join my 12 month lease beginning July 1st. My old roommate recently moved, so the room is available for move-in during June. The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath second floor walk up located in West Town. 1,200 square feet. Stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. In-unit washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Central heat/air. Living room with large windows. Hardwood flooring throughout. Rent would be ~ $ 1,450/mo plus utilities (water included). Located on Chicago Ave so buses are easily accessible. 10 minute walk to the blue line. Free street parking nearby. A little about me: I’m originally from Dallas. I graduated from Notre Dame in 2024. I enjoy golf, football, poker, and reading. I work in the loop at a consulting firm. I also coach advocacy on the side. I’m planning to go to law school.
